Dr. Kell is fairly nice, but has no idea how to properly numb a patient. She gave me novicaine before drilling a cavity, but failed to numb me properly. She does not wait for the numbing agent to work, but proceeds to drill immediatly. I ended up getting 8 - 10 shots of numbing agent with little result. 30 minutes later I was numb up to my nose, which lasted 6 hours or more. Will never go back!

Hope this person is no longer practicing. Was not informed of serious problems which had developed and should have been spotted in x-rays. This is basic information which should be shared with patients.
