Dr. Kathryn Lewis, DDS

Could not be happier after leaving this practice, both my spouse and I. By far, less than par care. We actually had nothing but problems from her care which another physician in town was able to easily correct. No issues now for the past year. On top of shotty work, she is not real pleasant.

This rating is more about the customer service than care received - the treatment was wholly average, no better or worse than any other dentist. My major complaint is with her staff's customer service. I had been a new patient and went for a simple cleaning in late March. After the hygienist finished, I was asked if I wore a mouth guard at night as it appears that I grind my teeth. A guard was ordered and paid for upon leaving. I returned 10 days later to pick up my mouth guard (which cost $498.00 and was paid for with cash). Upon picking up the guard I was told that I owed 60 cents from my cleaning not paid by ins. Annoyed, thinking this should be waived, I paid with a $5 bill and change was not available. I initially requested that it be credited to my account but changed my mind when I returned home. Ten days later, I'm still waiting for my refund. I couldn't leave until I paid 60 cents, no change was available, now they owe me more than I owed them. I'll not go back.

Amazing staff and very accommodating ti my schedule. My kids hate the dentist but loved Dr. Lewis and how she made them feel like they had nothing to worry about. I would recommend this dentist to everyone.

She treated me like my problem didn't matter and acted like my pain was not her concern regardless of the fact that she couldn't work me in for my appointment for 5 days. Not impressed. I ended up going elsewhere, I would not recommend her.
