I had a consultation with Dr. Mattos after a referral from my orthodontist. Dr. Mattos was extremely thorough and clear in her assessment, explanations, and answers to my questions. Highly recommended.

I went to have a root canal and found out it was only a consult appointment after being referred by Dr Crowley six weeks earlier. This is ludicrous. Now I cannot get the work done until Jan 6 and I must schedule an appointment with Dr Crowley the day before to get the crown removed. I am furious with this incompetence and absence of communication.
To be clear Dr Mattos is fine she explained the treatment plan and was very thorough, which I appreciate. My issue is not with either Dr but with the lack of communication scheduling and getting this very unpleasant work completed - it needs to improve dramatically and quickly. Please call to discuss my expectation.
I also booked appointment for 2:30 and only because of my follow up the day before, found out it was at 8:30. No reminder call, text or call.
