The only reason I still come is because I would be on the hook for the balance of her braces either way. It has taken over an hour to get called to the back more times than not. They are overlooking appointments because she comes to Texas City Dental once a month. It is apparent that she is trying to get as much money as she can even if her services suffer. Don't enter contract with her or Texas City Dental. They refuse to look for a solution, it has been almost two years worth of repeated incompetence.
