I am in the medical field, and the condescension and lack of professionalism that we experienced today rival any that I have experienced. We (my husband, myself, and my son who was the patient) were blatantly lied to by her staff. The condescending manner in which my husband and I were spoken to was completely extremely offensive. I and my husband were both appalled and will never step foot in this facility again. There were no attempts to remedy the situation, so we left prior to procedure.
