The staff has no clue of what they are doing, or either they are lazy to do their job. Especially the ladies who deal with the insurance. Good luck on leaving a message and waiting for them to return your call. They act like you are there to service them. This happened twice. The first time it took over 30 days for an approval, and when I finally got in touch with the office manager to complain, it was still sitting on the ladies desk and had not been worked on. Go elsewhere if possible!

I am very disappointed I have been sitting in the waiting room for over 3 hours and still waiting. My daughter appointment was at 10 am. I was told they were running at little behind 2 hours after her appointment. Spoke with the office manager and she was very rude to me and another parent. We both was told one thing from a worker and the manager told us something different. I told her I will take my child to another orthodontist. She stated I was more than welcome to. Still waiting 1pm

Dr. Crawford is an Excellent Doctor and very kind. However his staff is very unprofessional and rude. Without good customer service, it's very difficult to recommend this place to anyone else. It's very unfortunate. Bad service will make or break a business and this is very unpleasant.

Everytime I have went in, I have never came out disappointed. The staff knows what their doing. Dr.Crawford is so loving and caring! Also, my other favorite besides Dr.Crawford was Shawn. She is amazing, funny, and will take great care of you. Love!!! Highly recommended!! - Zoha Siddiqui

This is the most un professional place to go. The staff is clueless most of the time, they lie, do not know how to do simple math, deny services from on account that has nothing to do with another if you get behind on payments, lie and say they don't do that, claim they release your from Medicaid when they tell you they can't see you anymore but they don't. Unprofessional, ignorant staff working here. Terrible customer service, financial department doesn't know how to do basic accounting, and unclean environment. I was transferred to crawford after my initial dentist went out of business. They created expenses when my braces were already paid in full. The woman handling payments was extremely rude and unprofessional when I questioned her about the extra expenses they created. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Worst customer service ever

I had been wait months for them to contact me back for insurance my son switch to there office for care but to find out the doctor will not see him why they did not give a reason to why they could not and the office manager is very unprofessional

The staff scheduled me for the Northcross area/ followed up with a confirmation call, yet when I got there only to find out that I was to be at the Stockbridge location. Now I have to wait an entire month before going back. Everyone takes up for everyone. Nobody has followed up with me/ attempted to solve the matter, intact I was "literally" cursed out by the appt center with harsh cursed words during this very difficult time. I plan to find another place before our time is due back there.

Too much to write. Very unsatisfied with the care my daughter received. Unsanitary, unprofessional. Filled complaints with office manager, police, dental board, and insurance company. I'm not done yet. I wouldn't recommend this doctor at all.
