Worst dentist experience ever! most expensive dentist also. They charge you 3% to use your credit card. To make a long story short, they put fillings in my teeth and did not put enough filling material in it so my two front teeth kept banging together, and one actually chipped. She didn't want to add more of the filling material because , I guess it would take too much time so she started grinding my other teeth down. I had to go back six times and then she finally realized she didn't put enough filling material in my teeth , so I had that done last week, and she tried to charge me $900 to fix what she messed up. While I was there having her fix what she messed up a year ago she did one filling in my tooth and charged me $350 even though my insurance company said it should be free I did file a complaint with my insurance company. Not only is she expensive, but she's really not very good you have been warned.

Dr. Rice and her staff are highly competent professionals. We recently moved to Brentwood from Chicago. We are highly satisfied to have found a new life long dentist.

Superior customer service becomes evident, and begins on the phone and online even before entering the professional context of Dr. Rice?s office. Her people are excellent service providers, second to mind. As a retired researcher and Primary healthcare provider, I know, and appreciate quality service. Dr. Rice and her people are the best.

I was convinced to go to the dentist because I haven't been in a long time. After coming to Dr. Rice's office, I realized that I needed some work. After coming with a dental plan and a payment plan, we proceeded in the long term treatment. Nothing I have done was no worse than getting a filling, no pain no gain. After being numb, it was all down hill. Everybody was really nice and caring in and out of the office.

If I could give less then 1 star would. For years I have seen my dentist every 6 months and have good dental health. I recently moved to TN and it was time for my bi-annual visit. Imagine my shock when Dr Rice announced that I needed 3 crowns and had 6 mm pockets and periodontal disease. She managed to make this diagnosis without x-rays. When I saw my old dentist and he took x-rays, none of the dental work Dr. Rice said I required was needed. In my opinion she churning.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rice for nearly 30 years and have just completed quarterly cleaning (yes, every 3 months - it's so much more efficient and effective this way). Wonderful experience with a very professional staff with a real understanding of their work. I was very much at ease and comfortable from time I entered the front door, until I left the office. Thank you for taking care of me once again.
