Prompt, explains all work and basis for it as well as how I can continue to support on going care myself.

Dr Shipp and staff has crowned 4 of my 90 year old mom’s teeth. Mother was always reluctant to go into the office but always left with a smile on her face. Can’t thank them enough for making this task easier on all of us!

Dr. Shipp and team will make you feel extremely comfortable, at ease and will listen and not dismiss your issues, concerns and pain level. I'm old and have had many dentists that have put me off of going on a regular basis. Now I look forward to, not dread my appointments there for cleanings, cavities, crowns. Leah did a wonderful job cleaning and examining my teeth. Then when it was time for the Dentist she was very thorough explaining my situation and was exceptional.

Dr. Shipp recently replaced a crown and filling for me that were over 20 years old and had recurrent decay. I appreciate that her dental hygienist took time to use intraoral camera technology along with digital X-rays to highlight these areas and Dr.Shipp let me view them on a large screen as she explained her findings.This dental practice offers a program that helps people without dental insurance to affordably receive needed care. It was a lifesaver for me!The restorative appointment went great. The temporary crown that I left with that day felt like a permanent crown, which was a pleasant surprise.I returned and had my permanent crown seated with no problem at all. They made sure to check the bite with my night guard so it would be comfortable at all times.I drive an hour and 15 minutes to see Dr. Shipp and her staff for all my family members dental needs. We have always received exceptional care and recommend them often. Beyond satisfied and very grateful!

Im terrified of dental care due to horrendous childhood experiences. Staff there was awesome, made me comfortable, got me well medicated, fuzzy blanket (major layer of security), kept checking on me throughout, and I was done before I knew it. I go there regularly for cleanings and they always take great care to take my anxieties away. I am a medical provider myself, and Dr Shipp and her staff provide dental care that is of the highest standard. I’m also very impressed how smooth the office runs. I have NEVER had to wait when I showed up for my appointment.

Shipp Family Dental has been awesome start to finish! The front desk, technicians, Dr Shipp herself have all been so professional and just plain nice! The office is new, very nice, convenient parking, and they have a great discount program for people like me that currently have no dental insurance. I am a licensed Benefits insurance agent, so I appreciate & know a good value! Being new to the area and having to find a new dentist can be nerve racking and a real pain. Shipp Family Dental had great reviews, and now I know why first hand! So far I’ve had two crowns done by them (which they quickly fit me in for) and my regular new patient exam (x-rays, cleanings, Dr. Shipp’s review and feedback on all). I am very happy that I found this dental office!

I was seen today at Shipp Denistry. It was a last minute call for an unexpected dental issue on my part. They were so kind to get me in (as they were closing) and as always, they were extremely professional and caring. I very much appreciate the extra care they take to make sure everything is clean and sterile in their dental rooms. Both the staff and dentists are great!

The entire team was pleasant to work with. They made it easy to schedule my appointment, verify coverage, and made the office visit a delight. Additionally, they did not try and upsell me on multiple things (which I appreciated!)
