Excellent, efficient and friendly staff.

While working on a crown, they accidentally shattered the back half off the temporary. Then the image for the new crown was made from the damaged temporary, so now my new permanent crown was made with the same defect and is missing a chewing surface. Also, watch their billing. They removed a $200 credit from my account without reason, maybe they didn’t think I’d notice, but I had the documentation to prove it.

My husband is a veteran who has a very hard time going to a dentist. Dr. Kelly and staff were so kind, and when my husband had 2 teeth break, they made sure to take care of us. She did wonderfully with my husband having ptsd, and she referred us to an endodontist with my husband's emergency situation. We look forward to his 2nd appointment next week to fix his other tooth. We highly recommend Dr Kelly. (her staff too)

I love everyone on the staff, but they constantly underestimate the insured portion of the work. I have ended up with credits of $25 to $400 that is difficult to get reimbursed. If it is on the periodontal side, you have to wait until you have charges on the general dentistry side and vice versa.

Need to educate staff on how to apply insurance deductions as they relate to services. Staff tries to collect for services that are 100% covered by insurance which then results with a credit on the customers account.

CERC replaced with a temporary crown pending crown productoin

I was overcharged for my crown replacement. The dentist billed me $200 over what my insurance payment would cover. I must wait 2-3 months for my refund. Dr. Kelly is uncaring and was "insulted" when I gave her feedback on the work she performed on my crown. I stated that her slicing my gums and my excessive bleeding was uncalled for when drilling my tooth. Find another dentist.

She has a warm personality, explains everything and makes you feel very comfortable about what is needed and what the costs will be before you commit to the work being performed. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Ashley. the hygienist, was very gentle, thorough, and pleasant. She examined the condition of my mouth, took full-mouth x-rays, pictures, and did a nice job of cleaning my teeth. There was a bit of a hard sale to invisalign, but I just said no. Dr. Kelly was also very pleasant, and thorough with her exam. I have always seen a dentist twice a year, and have not had any major problems. Dr. Kelly's analysis of my teeth was the same as my previous excellent dentist.

Not likely at all. I have been going to the dentist every six months for over 30 years. I have no problems with my teeth. At my first appointment, I was informed I needed a deep scaling cleaning, and not one, but FIVE crowns. They are out for the money. Would not let my dog go to this dentist.

Awful! Total bait and switch. I made an appt based on ad for a cleaning, exam and xrays for $79, new patient. When I made the appt I confirmed the cleaning as part of the appt. Receptionist confirmed the ad price and details. She even commented it was a great deal! Day of appt they refused to clean my teeth unless I signed off on the $1,000 plus treatment plan! I see a dentist every 6 months, just had xrays so there isn't anything awful going on. Total bait and switch! Now they are claiming that wasn't the offer. I spoke to the office manager and she only offered a payment plan for what I do consider optional work. Please read my comments carefully as I think you will be shocked by this business practice. Or is it your policy to try and scare and intimidate customers? I wrote a review of my appt on FB, The Villages Health, Doctor site. I received over 90 comments. Many confirming that your practice pulled the same stunt. I will continue to share my story on social media.

Dr. Kelly appears to be a compassionate & caring dentist. She is friendly & makes you feel comfortable.

I went for my semi-annual cleaning and x-ray. Technician was excellent Dr Kelly did a review of my record, checked my teeth for problem. She was thorough and found no problem. I have been a customer of Dr Kelly for a couple of years and would recommend her to my friends.
