I was a patient for many years. However, in my last visit for a cleaning, the hygienist pulled a crown off. It was not loose before and I felt she was pulling excessively hard. The dentist repaired it. I received a survey in email And responded and noted that I could not recommend his hygienist for what happened. She was not apologetic and displayed attitude after his repair. A week later I received a letter from Dr Kassabian saying he would no longer have me as patient. I will file a complaint.

I don't normally write reviews, but feel that positive experiences should be just as readily shared, maybe even more so, as negative ones! Dr. Kassabian at Jester Village Dental has been my dentist for many years, and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. My most recent visit for replacement of a very old "silver" filling", was remarkably painless and quick. The new, natural looking filling looks wonderful! I would highly recommend Dr. Kassabian for any dental needs.
