I made an initial appointment with Dr Krueger, based on a recommendation from my dentist. When meeting Dr Krueger and assessing my situation - he was fantastic and I planned on completing my implant surgery with his practice. The unfortunate part, his office staff and most specifically the people that work on estimates and billing were pathetic at best. I followed up every other week for 3 months to obtain an official estimate and coordinate with my insurance company. To date, still not reply - just awful and really not caring about scheduling patients for procedures and working to understand the financials. Again, office staff = pathetic; if you go here good luck. Dale P Crowley, disappointed potential patient.

Dr. Krueger is very nice and friendly and extremely knowledgeable in the field of implants. ALL the staff very professional and friendly as well.
