I was never under the care of Dr.Ho but my grandma was. I was really disappointed at the staff especially the dental hygienist that worked this Friday. The staff was rude and unprofessional to my grandma just because she was by herself. She went in because of tooth pain, without my grandma's consent the hygienist forced clean her teeth. The hygienist was also not gentle, even when my grandma kindly asked her to stop she refused. My grandma called me after the visit and she was crying.
