Dr. Keven Herold, DDS

I was very disappointed with this endodontist office. I was in pain so I went to see my dentist who examined my tooth, did a confirmatory scan and confirmed that I needed a root canal procedure on my tooth as there was an abscess and I was in pain. I called Dr Herold's office and informed them of my needing a root canal due to the abscess They told me there was not an appointment for the next ten days but would call if there was a cancellation which I presumed there would be!Nine days later (the day before my appointment ) I receive a text asking me to confirm my appointment for 'a consultation'!! I immediately called the office and they informed me that I was only scheduled for a consultation and the earliest appointment for a root canal procedure would take another 10 days. I was horrified that they did not care about the presence of an abscess under the tooth.

My root canal with Keven Herold was an absolute nightmare. I wish I had read the negative reviews about him before I went to his practice.

Dr. Herold and his team are INCREDIBLE. We saw Dr. Herold for an emergency procedure for my daughter. We were able to get into his office right away, he went above and beyond answering all of our questions, and he was very careful, gentle and thorough when working on our daughter's mouth. We have been VERY impressed!

This was by far the worst dental experience I ever had! Very unprofessional and zero skills. I would never go back!
