If I could give zero stars I would. Edwards seemed rushed throughout my visit. He did not leave the pre-numbing treatment on longer than 10 seconds, then proceeded to give me the most painful novocaine shot I've ever had - it lifted me out of the chair in pain. After the procedure, when I confronted him with why the novocaine shot was so painful, he said it was because a needle was going straight into an abscessed area. When I asked him why he couldn't have given me a heads-up, or better yet, left the pre-numbing solution on longer before injecting my gum, or given me smaller novocane shots around the affected area prior to the main shot, he simply stared at me. This guy's ego and aloof arrogance was not to be believed.
