Worst dentist staff ever. I would fire them.
I recently visited this clinic and had a frustrating experience with their appointment scheduling—not just once, but twice. Both times, I was given a specific appointment time over the phone, with my partner present to confirm the details. I arrived at 12:30 pm as scheduled, only to be told my appointment was actually at 2:30 pm. This kind of disorganization happened twice, which is unacceptable, especially considering I traveled an hour to get there. The clinic claims they are short-staffed, yet there are only two front desk staff members: a Colombian woman and an American-born woman. Both were involved in scheduling my appointments, and both got it wrong on separate occasions. I had arranged my day around these appointments, only to be told to wait or come back later, with little effort to find a solution. Patients make appointments to manage their time efficiently, and this kind of disregard shows a lack of respect!

Worst experience with a dentist ever!
Awful! I was newly retired, had been sold a Medicare advantage plan, that was supposed to have some dental. The receptionist assured me that they accepted it. The dentist arrived late, cussed out the receptionist, in the back room, The receptionist had to do X-rays and cleaning. Half way through, he took her away, to attend to something else. Cleaning was rushed. Equipment seemed old and tattered. Dentist decided he needed to attend to 3 fillings…said he.’d do them at the same time: “your insurance will pay for it”. Several days later, received a call from receptionist, saying insurance had rejected claim. Well, I was soon to find out the insurance was useless…. But I expect providers to know these things and check them carefully. It cost me $575! Whole thing seemed careless! Wouldn’t recommend; won’t be back!

I went to the office for a cleaning, I did not have any other problem, as they saw that I did not have insurance that I would pay in cash, they said that I had nine cavities, after doing the nine cavities, he tells me I'm going to make two more cavities, but without taking plates only to pay more, 1,500 dollars, when I got home I had a lot of pain, pain, I went back and they told me I'm sorry I made a mistake see on Wednesday to become a two channel root they just wanted my money Two months I can not stand the pain in my entire mouth.
