This was my second root canal with Dr. Kuo. He ensured both procedures were painless.

Dr. Kuo was very nice. He explained the process and the procedure. He made sure all my questions were answered and that I understood what was going to happen.

I was a nervous wreck about my root canal. The staff made me feel like I was in the best hands with Dr. Kuo. I really was. He was extremely careful and treated his craft like he was performing life saving surgery. I truly appreciated it because my front teeth have been through some tough times and I am worried about my smile and my appearance. He is the best!

Dr. Kuo was informative, precise and to the point. A professional by all means yet very gentle in his explanations and also his work. Attentive to his patient and willing to answer any questions. As well as his assistant Gen. masterful hands, I felt NOTHING as he performed my root canal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Signed an absolute nervous wreck in distress.

I believe I fell asleep during a root canal, lol. Dr. Kuo is very gentle and his voice is soothing.

I’m having to write a new review because apparently my first one was too honest. This endodontist is a contractor for several different facilities and when I arrived for my appointment. I was ushered into a back room that was poorly set up and not well stocked for-the procedure that was scheduled months before. I have an allergy to lidocaine and it was on my chart. The procedure that was scheduled months before. I have an allergy to lidocaine and it was on my chart yet the endodontist still attempted to inject me with it. He then applied topical lidocaine which I’m also allergic to, and when it caused an adverse reaction, he became very annoyed and told me that I would have to go see someone else. Is bedside manner was brisk, chaotic and annoyed. I’m not sure what else I can say. That will be approved. That is not considered against health grades rules. If you are looking for a seasoned quality endodontist, then I would encourage anybody to look elsewhere.
