Dr. Kevin Resh I, DDS

Thankful for Dr. Kevin as he is very thorough and keeps me informed about proper dental care as we age. His staff is super supportive as I navigate thru insurance changes.

I called his office and spoke to his coordinator about becoming a new patient. His coordinator was absolutely terrible refusing to provide any information whatsoever about the doctor such as his public dental license number, where he went to college and what his degree was in, number of years he's been practicing, etc. She stonewalled me at every single opportunity. Publicly available information and she would provide none of it. It was a clear indication of what a patient would experience with her as a coordinator, difficulty at every single step of the way. Not cooperative. Not helpful. Actually an obstacle to answering questions. I can't imagine dealing with her for routine service and payment of bills through my dental care provider which is the best that I could purchase. A definite sign there would be problems and I am sharing my experience so that you won't have to deal with this office and her. It's really a shame because she is costing him new patients and he does not know.
