Dr. Keya Brown, DDS

From the very moment I walked into the little lobby (early morn) I was greeted with a very warm and neighborly Good Morning; thereafter I was given pen and form with polite and careful instructions as how to fill it out..I can only say that Dr. Brown and staff make it a real pleasure to have a dental appointment..I am very grateful that Complete Dental is part of my neighborhood...

Dr Brown, I just can't say enough good things about her. Recently I had a cavity under a crown needless to say I was a little nervous, well never felt any pain at all she made sure I was comfortable and made me feel calm. I recommend Her She is just the Best.

You really haven’t got space enough here to be honest—my opinion….investigate her implant procedure before having her touch you. Enough said for now.

Dr. Brown is absolutely an amazing dentist. She gives a high importance in to chair side manners and explaining everything you need or is being done to you. She is the best dentist around in my opinion. I have had fillings done with her didn’t even feel the needle. Did not need to go back and the best part no pain!

Had a routine check up and Dr. Brown was great! Took her time with explanations and my questions on Invisalign.

I had braces a long time ago and quit wearing my retainer (completely my fault, I know)… I decided to visit Dr. Brown and see if there was anything she could do to fix it. After speaking with her for a bit she recommended we do invisiligns. After wearing them for a bit, my teeth are probably straighter than when I had braces. Thanks a ton Dr. Brown!

I went to Dr. Brown with a cavity and she honestly got everything resolved so fast. She was patient and she knew what she was doing. I highly recommend her and trust her.

Dr Brown is amazing. I have an irrational fear of dentists - which I shared with her. She is kind and understanding, explains everything to me and goes the extra mile to make sure I feel comfortable. She has done a variety of work for me (I didn't go to the dentist for years) and is the only dentist I would use or recommend in this area!!!

Dr. Brown is the most amazing dentist. She is knowledgeable and extremely gentle. She listens to her patients and I would not go to anyone else.

This Dr. was going to pull wrong crown off when I needed one put back on. She charged $200 for a simple 20 minute visit and was rude, unprofessional and had no personality. I don’t recommend this dentist to anyone.

My daughters both completed Invisalign with Dr. Brown. She also did some fillings. Great experience. Highly recommend

Dr Brown went the extra mile with me on more than one visit. I am very hard to get numb and she knew what to do. The last 3 dentists I had did not, resulting in me feeling pain. I had a set of dentures made there that broke due to my bite, she had a whole new set made with metal in the roof of the denture at no cost to me. I have had these dentures for a while now with no problems and they look fantastic.

Dr. Keya Brown I like this Dentist as she carries herself well has no hidden agendas. This young Lady is a hard worker who performs and gives good quality dental services. I would recommend her too any person who would prefer a skilled younger Dentist.

Having worked for dentists in Illinois for over 40 years I was searching for the quality and care that I was accustomed to. Dr. Brown and Kelsey, the hygienist, were very thourough, pleasant and honest. They made my first visit a very memorable one. I will definitely make this my new dental office. My husband was equally impressed with Jenn.

Dr. Keya Brown, DDS appears to be a good dentist, but I did not have the opportunity to have work done with her there for my teeth difficulties. The reasons for this stems from great problems with customer service and the dental staff there: They are very rude, and not kind to the clientele; nor are they honest with you on how much you are charged, when you have a paid saving discount plan. They appear to overcharge you for everything. They will not honor their contact with your dental plan.

I've been going to this office for years now. There's been too many changes in doctors and staff. Almost stopped going. Dr. Brown is the best dentist I've seen here! Old receptionists were rude but new staff is great! Glad they're gone. Nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend.

I have not been happy with complete dental care over the past few years. This morning before procedure for 2 crown, I voiced my dissatisfaction to Dr. Brown. The inconsistencies with doctors and poor service. Dr. Brown listened and stated that she was planning on be here for the long term. She was not defensive, listened and I felt reassured that she would be a good choice. She then performed the procedure, very professional and I left the appointment feeling good about her and her practice.
