Dr. Kiamesha McClellan, DDS

I was a patient of this office for many years, despite the fact that I felt very uncomfortable with the office manager. I felt that she was dishonest and didn't trust her after a few different interactions. Every time I talked to that woman I feel a strong dislike after she caused me to pay extra a few times and then denied it. They over charge and their administration is not good. For example, they charge for Novocain (like $150) and have other add ons so that they can get more from the customer, even though they have insurance. We changed dentists for a couple of crowns and weren't charged those extras. Also, the dentist is very happy but talks over the patient so, every time I would come in, she would make fun of my voice and then chat away with the hygienist instead of talking to me. I can't tell you how dismissed I felt by her. So, I loved the woman who cleaned my teeth but she is no longer there so I have switched to another dentist.

After seeing the same dentist all my life, a move to Texas meant finding a new Dentist. Dr. McClellan has been a dream of a find. Her staff is beyond friendly. They become like family. Dr. McClellan is knowledgeable. Another doc told me she has the best hands in the business and he was right. She saved a tooth that was doomed for a new crown. She's treated me and all my 6 children. We have truly enjoyed her office.

I’ve been a patient for 24 years Dr. McClellan is absolutely the best with love and care she provides to me and my two kids. My 50 min drive one way is all worth it Dr. McClellan makes me feel at ease and I trust and understand the work being perform, she genuine cares and her kind spirit is display though her staff.
