Dr. Kim Le, DDS

At first it seemed everything went good. That is until early in the plan the caring stopped and the communication on further work that was presented at first was no longer followed. Then no communication except my plan for further needed work was somehow 'lost'. It is obvious to me that you can be left with no follow-up as originally presented. Find someone who cares.

I came to Dr Le with broken dentures. What I ended up with was a run around for five days, because I questioned the fee for dentures because my plan told me exactly what I would pay. They tried to charge me $500+ more than what was contracted with my plan. I was told they were going to have to get with the “lab” and come up with a plan for my case. Not sure about the reason for that because a plan was presented to me on the day I was there and I was asked to sign it but refused since it was incorrectly priced. They also said they were going to have to wait for confirmation from my plan thru the mail or fax. (No email?). I was told it would take a couple days. Again not sure why because I verified it in 5 mins on the phone. In the end after a few days I was told that my case was too “complicated” for them to handle and was told they wouldn’t be able to help me. A simple truth from the beginning the day I was there I wouldn’t have wasted my time.

Dr Le made a decision that she needed permission from my surgeon to do further dental work. He completed the form and said she is smart! He didn’t want me to have any procedures until another month had passed.

Dr. Kim Le is honest, trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable. Her staff are incredibly friendly. I especially love her dental hygienist, Chi. She does an outstanding cleaning on my teeth every time. She doesn’t take shortcuts, very thorough, and she takes pride in her work. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service provided to me.

I have been with same dentist since I was born and I just turned 40. But when my dentist sold his practice and then my favorite hygienist left, I decided it was time to find a new dentist. I decided to try Dr. Le and I really enjoyed my first visit there. The hygienist, Patricia, was so sweet and very thorough, and Dr. Le was great too! They are a legitimate dental practice that will not ‘find’ problems with your teeth where there are none just to make money like so many dental practices these days. All in all a wonderful visit and I’ve already scheduled my next appointment

We moved into the area four years ago and were looking for a new dentist. We found Dr. Li through an ad with a coupon for cleaning and a checkup. We could not have made a better choice. From the moment you walk in the door, her staff is friendly and professional. I have had situations arise with my teeth that needed attention. Each time, she was able to take me right away, or later that day. She truly cares about the patient. I recently visited her for a routine cleaning and her hygienist discovered a critical situation with my front teeth. Dr. Li explained, in detail, the procedure, possible problems, and the solutions and price for each one. After nearly two hours of meticulous dental procedures, I had my teeth back, better and stronger than they were before. If you are looking for highly skilled dentist that will work with you and your family, Dr. Li is the one. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone!

Dr. Le and her staff are fantastic. Very friendly and courteous. Very punctual. They all worked very well together, like a family. I was very comfortable. All aspects of my visit were explained. I was completely satisfied.

Very poor experience. Went in for routine cleaning, left with dental problem. Poor chair side manners, very passive aggressive, and horrible dental skills. Would never recommend this dentist.
