I enjoyed communicating with Dr. Saunders and his staff. They were efficient and clear in all of their communications and efforts, which was greatly appreciated. My wife was interested in getting full mouth implants. We shopped around and settled with Dr. Saunders. We were at the point where the non refundable deposit was due and I paid $5200 cash. Shortly thereafter news of the pandemic began to spread and due to being identified as high risk, we were forced to postpone until a vaccine was available. Admittedly that took some time but along the way we stayed in touch. Finally the vaccine was offered to us and we accepted. We waited the recommended two weeks after the second dose during which time she lost her bridge and we went back in to continue where we left off. That is when Dr. Saunders said everything had changed and we needed a whole "new game plan" which would increase the cost and not deal with the bottom teeth. We were not interested in a new game plan, thanked him and left the office.
