Professional and friendly with a very reassuring approach. The office staff is wonderful and they work well together making me feel very at ease.( Boy, is that helpful at a dentist office!!) I had a complicated procedure done that I had another periodontist refuse to do leaving me in search of someone more competent. Glad for Drs Brokavich and Frost.
