Unwilling to dialog about my condition.

Dr. Given is very hospitable and explains the process fully before proceeding. I moved to Georgia 3 years ago and he is one of the best that I've seen so far.

Well, he seems to do a good job, but I was not informed that he was doing more work than previously discussed. On my initial visit I told him that the previous dentist said I needed 3 fillings. He said only 2. When I came in today I signed a paper that the charge would be $292. When I checked out they charged me $328 - for 3 fillings. I was only prepared to pay the $292, and that was a stretch for me. They did allow me to pay $292 and carry over the additional $146, but I think he should have discussed the third filling with me before proceeding to do it.

Mr. Givan (DDS) did a root canal on my two front teeth in February 2020. I returned today December 15,2020 and he told me that I had infection when he explained I had infection when he did the root canal in February. I don’t understand if I had infection why wouldn’t he had treated the infection first then do the root canal. So now I have been referred to a Endodontics to fix what he messed up. I’ll never go back to great expressions and I’ll make sure my family and friends don’t either.
