Very professional. Staff and Dr. Yoshida are the best. They are there for you and your oral health. You can tell the staff enjoy their work place and job. When we permanently to Big Bear we worried about receiving great denatal care like we had in San Diego. We were so happy that Dr. Yoshida and Staff have more than filled that concern!

I really went into this expecting dentistry done the "Big Bear" way. My expectations were low, but I was blown away by the staff and the technology being used. Full 3D model of my mouth while I sat there was amazing. Everything seemed new, clean, and professional.

I have used Dr Yoshida for many years now. I first visited in tears with a broken Ft tooth. She got me in that day (which is imposable anywhere) got me all set to go out in public and set me up with the team I'd need to finalize the treatment. My family all loves her and the staff. The office is run like clockwork. You don't show for an appointment and wait an hr to see someone. This is not your typical DR experience. This is an example of an impeccably run, highly experienced staff that are also fun and personable. *****!

Dr. Yoshida is not only a perfectionist, she is gentle, efficient and friendly. The office staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Yoshida and staff make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. Her dental work is shear perfection. I highly recommend her.

Had a cleaning yesterday and noted several changes to the office. Temperature scanner and no-touch hand sanitizer at the front desk. And air sanitizers in each room. New chairs with built-in massage pads. If you are nervous about covid they are very careful. I'm a retired first responder, and the office and staff are great. Don't put off your health.

The ONLY dentist and hygienist I will use. Great people, professional approach to all my dental needs.
