Disappointed Longtime Patient
Dr Alpers is great but unfortunately his front office staff namely Gabby needs customer service training. After being a long time 20plus year patient my business must be taken elsewhere because the front office wants to charge me $85 when I explained my employer didn’t pay the company insurance so I just wanted to reschedule the appointment 2 weeks out. Why would I pay for a service I’ve not received yet. I understand cancel policies are put in place but when a Long Time patient makes a request shouldn’t it be taken into consideration? Beyond Disappointing
