Dr. Kyle Mulder, DDS

Go for regular cleanings and love Elizabeth my hygienist and office staff. Last week was the first time I had work actually done by Dr Mulder. I was very pleased. Two new procedures I had never had done before. Totally recommend this friendly and officiant practice. I do have some knee issues and had a slow time going up the stairs, but found out there is a back easier entrance to use.

To start, Dr. Mulder is a fine dentist. That is not the issue I had. I forgot an appointment....I remembered and was on my way and was 20 minutes away when the office called and said I would have to reschedule. Forgetting the appointment was my fault, but there were several occasions that I sat in the office waiting room waiting to get called back while I was missing work. This last time, I actually had to go to the receptionist 20 minutes after my appointment time and ask her when I was going to be called back, as I was missing work to be there. So imagine my displeasure when I received a bill for a missed appointment. I never got a discount when they made me wait, but the first time I was going to be late I was charged for a missed appointment. Apparently his time is more important than my time?

Started going to Dr. Mulder when my dentist retired. He is fresh out of dental school and very knowledgeable and a great listener. Dr. Mulder explains everything and always wants to know how we are doing. His staff is fantastic, warm and welcoming.
