I will say, a few days after this experience the receptionist did call me and apologized and I do feel better about the misunderstanding that happened between us. It was nice of her to apologize.

Dr Kim is absolutely the best!!! I WAS a chicken when it came to the dentist, especially since i had a bad experience, but Dr Kim's expertise and gentle hands prove phenomenal!
