This is truly the best dentist office in Havelock, they look out for your best interests & they treat you like family. You truly cannot ask for better more! Highly recommended

Dr Robinson and staff were professional and kind. My hygienist was thorough and even took my blood pressure during the medical survey which made me feel as if I was truly being cared for During the exam Dr Robinson showed great empathy and I feel I could ask her anything without judgement Would recommend this Dr and practice.

What a great office. I'm one of those people that enjoy having my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was very thorough and gentle around a couple of teeth with sensitivity. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care.

Dr. Robinson and her staff are wonderful, they make my family and I feel like part of their family. The entire appointment from check-in to check-out is always pleasant. The hygienists are so gentle, especially with my kids who are both in braces. Dr. Robinson does amazing work! I had an amalgam filling replaced with no pain, and it looks like the tooth never had a filling on it. 5 stars aren't enough for this office, I highly recommend them!

I have been coming to the office for many years because I loved Dr. Joe. Dr. Lacey has taken the office to the next level. It is beautiful and clean inside and has many modern technologies. She is cheerful and friendly and cares for my whole family like we are her family. Excellent care.

Zero stars if I could. Grossly unfair business practice. Refused to clean teeth without X-rays. Prior X-ray was 1 day past 1 year. Said it was against against the law to do a cleaning with out X-ray. Needed to have one every year. No exceptions. Repeated they were just following the law. Which is not true. Seems to be a scam that they schedule the appointment just a day after 1 year. Very unfriendly staff and intimidating manner. Told we should just buy insurance.

If i could give 0 stars i would. We had been seen at Dr. Joseph Robinson for 10-13 years, he was amazing! This practice has gone down hill since his daughter has taken over. She and her staff are extremely unprofessional. When they were going through their renovation their office was closed for months and their voicemail was never updated, so it said they would be open, but they weren't. My 10 yr old son was in pain and no where to go. They said we could go to Dr. Davis in town, but they didn't accept our insurance. We looked for dentists in New Bern, but they weren't accepting new patients. When I let Dr. Robinson know, all the could say was "sorry and maybe paying the difference at Dr. Davis was my only option!" To me, them closing for several months was NOT okay. We ended up finding a new dentist and they are awesome. It's really sad what Lacey has done to her fathers practice. If you want a good quality dentist, go elsewhere.
