My husband had some abscessed teeth, and went to Shirk seeking treatment. He got 2 week-long courses of antibiotics, but his teeth continued to worsen. He was also experiencing fever & chills. He returned to the office & one of the office staff said the dentist wouldn't prescribe any more antibiotics, and did not offer any further options. So we got an appt with an emergency dentist, who was appalled when my husband described the previous treatment. There was no follow-up by Shirk or anything.

- Staff wasn't friendly
- Appointment was rushed
- Didn't trust the provider's decisions
