Dr. Lan Vu, DDS

I had a bizarre experience here recently with a dentist. Dr. Vu. I had come in for molar pain and had thought I needed a filling redone. That's where the problems started. I've only ever had a filling so when I was told I had to get a root canal I had questions and concerns. I asked Dr. Wu questions for reassurance and was given one word responses in broken English no explanation. So I reluctantly made an apt with a endodontist who did the root canal and when that was done I made an apt with Dr. Wu for a crown. A day before the apt I get a call saying they have to cancel she wasn't even in that day and I'd get a call back to reschedule. Never called back so I call and am told she doesn't want to see me anymore that the doctor patient relationship was compromised? So now I have an unfinished tooth and am told sorry bc you asked questions the way you did we are not going to see you. And I have an HMO so it's not easy to find another dentist.
