Dr. Larry Calloway, DDS

EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT had an abcess, paid almost 300 now my EOB says I should of paid 140.00 in trying to get a refund, everytime I call I am referred to Tammy who is never at work. I asked what days does Tammy work, they say she comes in when she feels like it! Ive called everyday. Tammy you need to give up your position so that someone else can have a job!!!!!!!!! In this day and age people need their money!!!!

I have to agree with other posts, Dr Callaway is a great Dentist but the customer care sucks. I have been trying to get a refund from an overcharge for several months and no one calls me back. Each time I have called I am told the lady who handles accounts is either off, out to lunch or sick. Of course she never calls back.

I got my teeth cleaned on my first visit. My bite is very uncomfortable and I asked about adjusting my bite. Dr. Calloway said there was a new method that had come from Harvard or somewhere. On my second visit, I was left waiting in the exam room for 1.5 hours without anything being done. I stepped out to the receptionist and asked if I could reschedule. She went and got them and two or three of them swarmed in. Dr. Calloway took impressions of my teeth and bite and took several photographs. He said he would see "what he could come up with." They told me not to make a follow-up appointment because they would call me. That was well over a month ago. I wouldn't recommend this practice to my worst enemy.

Hands down the best dentist experience I’ve ever had and I’m defineily the type that avoids doctors and dentists. This is a place you can actually look forward to going to get dental work done— Dr. Calloway, his staff, and techs are all down to earth, sweet, caring, efficient, and FUN. Not only do they answer any questions you have honestly, they are gentle and attentive to scaredy cats like me, and have me laughing every time I go. I don’t think there is anything they could do to improve— I love this place! Keep up the good work!
