Unprofessional with children
Awful twice! My granddaughter was told before they did the dental work that if she was feeling any pain to lift her arm as an indication. When she did so, they simply ignored her, pushed her arm down and told her 'it's okay', which it WAS NOT! They scared her, she didn't have enough pain killer on her gums, and they seemed to be rushing the procedure. When she had her teeth cleaned, they seemed to be rushed also. Bad experience for a little kid. We changed dentists and she recently had a cavity repaired and was amazed at how well she was treated and the comparison between Dr. McAuley and the new dentist. We will never take her back to McAuley.

We were told upfront by office staff that they were an in network provider for our insurance. After the surgery we received a bill for over $900 that our insurance didn’t cover because this office is not an in network provider. When asked the dentists office staff told us that they aren’t an in network provider for any insurance. Check what “estimates” they provide because they’re ran as though in network. Will not be going back. Ever.
