Dr. Laura Trombly, DDS

I am so happy I found Dr Trombly and her team! I was nervous about my visit, but when I spoke to her and the assistant- they both made me feel so at ease. The billing process was very clear and Crystal helped me understand my treatment cost. Everyone is so kind and the place is very clean. Recommend to all my friends and family.

Dr Tombly took over Hidden Creek Premier Dentistry late 2023. The changes that have been made to the office (patient care, staff, environment, vibe, etc) should have been enough red flags for me. The dentist comes off as very fake in her bedside manner and everything is an 'upsell' for more services. There are also some shady billing practices at play in which patients are being charged the full cost, insurance payments are being collected, and patients are NOT being advised they were overcharged unless they mention it to the office manager. The only remaining staff member (hygienist) from the old practice has now left (May 2024) leaving nothing desirable at this practice.

Dr. Trombly work of my mouth from multiple extractions to fitting my dentures. Ive never had a more relaxing or professional experience.

Dr. Trombly is very professional and quite personable. All the staff we've encountered, have been kind, courteous and caring and has the ability to make you laugh. (Natalie, Connie at check-in/out) as well as manager Jennifer. They also communicates very well. A special Shout Out to Samese who was wonderful working with my husband who's can be a bit of a challenge. Each visit, which he has had many (They did a full mouth extraction and Tori removal). Overall, it's been a great experience at Harbor Point Dental.

My experience was so positive for an emergency root canal I diched my NY dentist. She is now my primary dentist. I was surprised how thorough the general routine care was! It was as well 1/2 the cost of my NYS dentist! Her staff is great as well.

I don't understand any negative reviews for Dr Laura. I'd give her a 6 on a 5 point scale if possible! Best dentist I've ever had. She is very personable. Accepts most insurance companies. But most important, does very high quality work, pretty much painlessly and very efficiently. Always pleasant and with good humor as an added bonus!! Don't let outlier negative reviews affect your decision. Go the Dr Trombly, you won't regret it!

Horrible experience! People are allowed an off day, but not everyone all at once. Rude careless staff and Doctor. Do Not recommend, they will insultingly waste your time.

Very disappointed in the treatment I received at Harbor Point Dental. After my initial examination they recommended a deep cleaning of all four quadrants. The treatment I received was no more than a standard cleaning that took about 45 minutes, but I was charged $1,368. I discussed my concerns, but they basically said tough luck. I recommend steering clear of Harbor Point.

I got your ad from my mailbox. It says $79 cleaning, exam & x-rays for new patients only. I am your new patient. I need clean teeth. The dental hygienist in my old dental clinic was not available. I had experiences with dental hygienists who are always new as students practice. When I got your ad, I thought that was a chance to look at how other hygienists are. If good I shall stay. yesterday you asked for $60 after taking x-ray and exam. Then you made a cleaning plan for $168. I know you got $41 from my insurance exam. I told you you can not get X-ray pay because I got X-ray 12/06/2021. My insurance pays for an X-ray every 3 years and I did not need an x-ray this time. I only want to pay $79 for cleaning then decide whether to continue or not.

From check in to check out the entire staff was pleasant, friendly and professional. The practice accepts my insurance which my previous dentist did not. I am extremely pleased.

Informative , in depth, helpful. Wasn’t happy about outcome, but it can be remedied . The exam & face to face with Dr. was thorough, answered my questions as clearly as possible
