We love Dr. Adams! Very honest, gentle, thorough, pleasant, doesn't try to sell us things we don't need, has gone out of her way for us several times. Highly recommend her!

I would travel any distance & adjust my busy schedule as needed, for an appointment with Dr. Lauren Adams. For two decades, she has been my dentist for general & cosmetic care: routine care, treating a cracked tooth, perio treatment, crowns, a night guard & teeth whitening. She’s taken care of all of that for me…& my children as well. I have always appreciated Dr. Adams’ wisdom & advice: When, I needed the services of an Endodontist or an Oral Surgeon, she referred me to the absolute best. She has the expertise, the experience, & outstanding network connections. Always a pleasant experience & good visit. She keeps her patients comfortable & at ease. I couldn’t imagine a better dentist than Dr. Lauren Adams. She is terrific. Her dental assistant Maria is outstanding. Awesome! Dr. Adams is THE Best!

Doctor did not provide a treatment plan and would not submit a preauthorization to Delta. We have PPO/Premier insurance which pays 80% of a set amount, $193. We pay the remaining 20%. She charged us 50% of $426 claiming we may have a credit once she is paid but was not sure if Delta would pay what she thought they should. She also claimed she filled 5 surfaces of one tooth but only drilled one hole. Be aware of sketchy billing. Oh, if a dentist works alone there is a reason.

Dr. Adams gave me an estimate for orthodontic work and I put aside money in a health care spending account. The actual price was two and a half times what she estimated, a cost that I could not pay for the work, and as a result I had a large unusable surplus in my account which I lost.
