Dr. Lawrence Lipton, DMD

For the first time in 20 years I’ve felt like this about Children’s pediatric with Dr. Lipton. I’ve been coming here and the their office in Fairfield for many years. I have a 22YO, 14YO and a 7YO and have been bringing them religiously to him. Today I came in at 9am for a 9:15 appointment. My first child was seen at 9:45 by the nurse and only because I went to the front desk and asked about the timing that my kids were going to be seen. Mind you I went and asked because for the past 10-15 minutes both nurses and both receptionist were having a really good time talking about their business as if they were hanging out at someone's house or at a bar. Laughing and having a good time. Now, I’m not against that but I do think there’s a place and a time for that. I will say I didn’t recognize any of the staff that day but one. Big change in professionalism. I truly wish it was just todays experience and hoping everyone else that was there in the past is still there and we had an off day.
