Dr. Lawrence Morris, DDS

I saw Dr. Morris for routine annual visits for a few years. During a annual visit, he recommended Realine Braces for a small gap and I agreed. The retainer broke within a month, “maybe” month and a half. Because of how quick the retainer broke, I was shocked Dr. Morris was going to charge me for a new retainer. Eventually, Dr. Morris reluctantly agreed to replace the retainer. I received the retainer two weeks later, but by that time my teeth began to shifted and the retainer did not fit right, which caused headaches. Dr. Morris's resolution was to repurchase a new set of braces. I was not going to pay another $1500.00.! I was out $1500 (after insurance paid their part) with nothing to show for it! My small gap eventually came back. I recently went to another DDS to consult about braces and he explained Invisalign offers a 5 year warranty. Is listed as a BCBS TX provider but does not honor contracted amounts. Adds fees as well that are not covered. So would have had to pay above insurance amount plus the fees. Very disappointed as they told me they were a provider before scheduling and incurring expenses.
