Dr. Layne Whiteley, DDS

I was always afraid of going to the dentist but Dr Whiteley is the best. Never felt a thing . Thank you

I've had dental fears stemming from childhood and Dr. Whiteley has a presence about him that removes those fears. He has filled many of my teeth and has helped me get other dental work in place. I had broken a tooth at midnight and he had it fixed the next morning at 1030. His staff are AMAZING. I have an odd schedule that they ALWAYS seem to work around. They text or email when I need. I can not say enough good things about this place.

I had two visits, one for a second opinion on a cracked tooth and one for a routine cleaning/ exam. I got a bill for the second opinion which had supposedly been free; they did correct that. On the cleaning/ exam I told Dr Whitely I had been talked into a root canal on another tooth that I wondered if I really needed. He hemmed and hawed and would not say anything definitive. I got the impression he believed the tooth could have just taken a filling but he wouldn't just say so. All it did was create more doubts. I decided not to go back.

Cracked a tooth. New client, never had been to the service provider. Took 2 weeks to get in for review but repair was scheduled two days later. They opened up an hour early on a Saturday to repair the tooth prior to the holiday. The team of professionals that supported the process from start to finish earned my business for the future. Was so impressed, I scheduled my wife as a new client and my next cleaning for early 2021. Covid19 responsible, great customer service, nights/Saturday service with a smile. Awesome.

I am happy with Dr. Whitely and his team if hygienists but their billing is AWFUL. They take forever to post your insurance company's payment to tour account, and when you finally get your first statement they place your account into the 60 day bucket which is completely inappropriate!

My husband and I as well as our daughter and grandson are patients of Dr. Whiteley! We are very happy with his compassionate personality as well as his professionalism! Really awesome Dentist with a friendly and courteous and professional staff! We are happy to have found this wonderful office!

I"ve seen Dr. Whiteley a couple times. He's super professional. I appreciate how easy he is to talk to, as I have some dental fear due to previous bad experiences. His office is comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Whiteley.
