Dr. Lebab Helay and her office were completely negligent in handling my father's dental care. He paid a $150 copay for a root canal, with insurance covering the rest. After the procedure, he had ongoing severe pain. Despite multiple visits, they kept blaming the crown instead of investigating the real issue. Months later, a specialist confirmed the root canal was done incorrectly. When we asked for a refund, they refused, claiming "the work was completed" and "too much time had passed." Simply doing a procedure does not mean it was done correctly. I do not recommend this office or Dr. Helay to anyone seeking responsible dental care.
