You may arrive for your appointment and not be on the schedule. You may want to call and confirm, and know who you are talking to..Be absolutely positive that the specialist who works in the office with dr. Herman actually accepts your insurance. You may be in for an upsetting surprise

New Patient/First visit. I was there for a cleaning & checkup. Dr Herman was very friendly & professional and the X-rays & cleaning by the Hygenist were top notch!

Scheduled an appointment for me and my husband. Called ahead of time to make sure they accept our insurance! I was told that they accept my insurance and that there will be NO CHARGE!! I only wanted cleaning, however, when I came in I was told that they will NOT do my cleaning until I do a x-ray! After leaving the office I received a call from them telling me that I have to pay $65 because they did a special cleaning lol yes yes special cleaning that is not covered and I have to pay $65. We cancelled my husbands appointment... will never go there again and no one should!! Please find a honest dental office.

REFUSED TO HONOR MEMBERSHIP OF MY HUSBAND AND IN CIGNA PREFERRED NETWORK ACCESS (DENTALPLANS.COM), A DENTAL DISCOUNT PLAN TO WHICH DR. HERMAN BELONGS AND IS LISTED AS ACCEPTING DISCOUNTED RATES FOR DENTAL SERVICES, THE OFFICE INITIALLY ACCEPTING HE ARRANGEMENT. IMPROPERLY BILLED OUR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY DENTAL INSURANCE PLANS. MADE A HOLE IN MY HUSBAND'S TOOTH WHILE FITTING A CROWN, IMPROPERLY BILLED HIS INSURANCE WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE ALTHOUGH HE HAD INFORMED HIIM IT WAS TO BE FIXED WITHOUT CHARGE. DR. HERMAN FAILED TO RESPOND TO A 1/13/20 LETTER OF COMPLAINT AS WELL AS AN E-MAIL ABOUT HIS HANDLING OF THESE MATTERS. Sondra Tracy

I have had the honor of having my teeth maintained in tip top shape for 15 years by Dr Lee and cannot recommend this dentist enough! AAA+. He has performed all my teeth cleanings, root canals, implants, whitenings, cavities, bone grafts and surgeries done to perfection. Also, his staff is super friendly, professional and takes the time to answer all of my questions without being rushed. Plus, they just moved to a brand new brilliant facility making the entire experience even more comfortable. I am 62 years of age and have had a dozen dentists in my life and Dr Lee Herman is the BEST!!

I just started seeing Dr. Herman in the past several months, and couldn't be happier with a dentist and as a person. He is caring, friendly and makes you feel confident that he knows what he is doing. Appointments are taken on time and his staff is very efficient. Highly recommend this dentist.

Last week was my first visit to Dr. Herman. I saw his partner Dr. Rubin and was MORE than satisfied with the service and care of the whole office: Luisa, Maria, doctors, and the others that were good to me today. Dr. Rubin is a pain-free oral surgeon. He says that he 'doesn't believe in pain', so that was good for me! I highly recommend this office, they were a pleasure to work with and more than professional from beginning to end. A few days ago I saw Paula and she was amazing, too.

Well , I did my due diligence research to make sure what Doct Lee Herman assessed at my first visit was the right thing for me, and it was. Other dentists would have gave me a mediocre result or unsatisfactory to my personal needs. So my final decision was to trust Doct Lee Herman .
