I was in pain and Dr. Leesa determined it was an impacted wisdom tooth. She removed the tooth painlessly, but have novacane to numb it. Walked in miserable and left smiling and in no pain.

OBNOXIOUS and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. She was yelling at her staff members loudly and berating them in front of all clients. At one time after a client walked out, she yelled at the reception, "Did that guy pay?" The receptionist replied, "No" Dr. Leesa Mitsos screamed, "If that guy dies today, I don't get paid!" I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I wanted to go to another dentist to finish up my tooth with a crown, where my current dentist had told me that the root canal wasn't complete!!! I had to pay an Endodontist to finish the root canal she didn't finish!!! HORRIBLE!!! She didn't deserve the money from my insurance company. I did report her to my insurance regarding her claim for over $1600

Had impacted wisdom tooth went in for extraction, she ripped my tooth out , chipped the molar infront of it while extracting wisdom tooth out, ended up having a root canal , filling and still pending cap on molar that was cracked during this procedure. Charged for the cracked molar, root canal and filling, i will not going there for cap. I suggest to go elsewhere, a 300 bill turned into over 1400 dollars...... staff was very nice. It seemed like a rush job that ended up costing me more money....

I've been with these guys for a couple years with no issues. Today, i had a scheduled appointment for a filling that has been bothering me for a week. I scheduled with them a week in advance. The office tries to reschedule me last minute because they have cancellations, and the dentist wants an early weekend. Unfortunately, i am out running errands i planned to get done in the morning so i could make the appointment in the afternoon . They have no empathy, no professionalism, no more customer.
