They don’t even deserve one star. Absolutely awful medical professionals. We were referred here by our dentist for a root canal. My daughter was in pain and they told me they weren’t taking new patients and to maybe try back in 3 months. Followed up at my regular dentist who told me to try again because he had referred other people after me that they had taken. His receptionist then told me they sometimes lie if they are having an overwhelming day. I called when I got home and sure enough, this time they had an opening the next morning! The main receptionist is super nasty and rude. She’s also a blatant liar. Our first visit was okay. Eisner was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. They scheduled us to return for a root canal three weeks later. What they don’t tell you is that they will cancel your appointment if you don’t reply within 2 hours of them calling you 3 days before your appointment. We were in a national park and didn’t have service. We called as soon as we could but they had given our appointment away. We expressed our concern that this policy should have been disclosed when booking since we’ve NEVER encountered it anywhere else. Usually you just get a call as a reminder. The whole point of booking an appointment IS me confirming I’ll be there. We rescheduled for two weeks later and then in 45 minutes they call back and suddenly have an opening the same day. We go and when we get there they tell us our insurance won’t cover a special scan that Eisner wants to run so we need to pay $205. When I asked why they didn’t tell us that on the phone, both the doctor and the nasty receptionist lie and say they did. If they’d told us that, I wouldn’t have even showed up. They also claimed they said it in the voicemail when no such message was communicated. After encountering such blatant dishonesty, we walked out as I would not trust him to touch my child after such terrible practices. Find another endodontist and stay away from here.

Insensitive and incompetent office staff. Given appointment for 7:45am root canal. I arrived to locked doors and no one in the office. Eventually an office worker and dentist arrived LATE and did not have my appointment in the system. Both doctors are responsible for hiring and employing incompetent staffers who show up for work but don't do their job. Grade F - Not recommended.

No stars ! Rude & extremely unprofessional “Dr. Eisner” kicked me out after numbing me since I’m emotional about needles/ drilling. I can pull my self together & get through. But you , ill- mannered & extremely disrespectful . What makes you so high up you get to talk to patients that way ??? Ripped bib off my neck so aggressively almost ripped my earring out. So glad I’m out of there. Stay away from this uncouth place. Also , Waited 2 months for this useless appt. Nasty nasty person !

I recently had a root canal performed by Dr. Eisner and I was extremely pleased with the results. It was on a tooth to which my very expensive bridge was attached. My periodontist recommended that I see an endodontist who specializes in this kind of work. I was very lucky to find Dr. Eisner. I highly recommend him.

Never got to the doctor! When I made the appointment I specifically asked if they accepted my dental plan and was told yes. After waiting two weeks, I was called the morning of the appointment to tell me they did not accept the plan! No effort was made to accommodate me. Wasted two weeks and now have to waste more time finding another provider.

As someone who is generally nervous about dental procedures, Dr. Eisner made me feel at ease and very comfortable. I can’t praise Dr. Eisner enough for the care and expertise he gave me during my root canal procedure. He is highly skilled and calm. The injection and the entire procedure was painless. I was finally feeling back to normal and without pain very quickly. If you need a root canal, Dr. Eisner is the best!

Had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Eisner yesterday. Was hesitant about having a route canal, but it was just what the doctor ordered! Very straightforward and relatively painless, I told him I'm not a fan of pain. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Totally disappointed.. my mom miss her appointment because she was really sick , I try to reschedule an appointment and a ladie from that office they can not accept my mom anymore... I ask her if I can talk to the dentist or manager about the cause of my mom absent appointment and missing phone calls she totally refuse to help us... I wouldn’t recommend any one ??? totally nasty customer services ??

Staff is rude and nasty!! Only cares about money!! Find someone else that will do what is best for you and not their pocket!
