Dr.Sultan and his team have absoluley changed my life. Thier team is acceptional. I dont have enough words to say how attentive, kind, and professional they have been. Their front desk staff is top tier. They helped with scheduling every appointment, even if it was with other doctors because of my mouth being wired. Dr. Sultan has been very kind, patient and EXTREAMLY efficient. I would recommend this team to anyone in need of Oral/Facial work. They are absolutley amazing.

Starting out my experience with Dr. Sultan was positive as he was very through and passionate about helping me with tmj pain. It caught me by surprise that when it came down to surgery , he tried to charge me over 1000 for an assistant to assist him during surgery. I asked multiple times nicely for the name of the assistant who will be helping during surgery to put an out of network claim in with my insurance. He refused to allow me to try to put this under my insurance and stated that assistant does not accept insurance or out of network benefits . I received an email by the doctor canceling my surgery and discharging me as his patient all because I asked for the name of an assitant . Dr. Sultan took my Aetna insurance but not sure what the issue was with me trying to file a claim with an assitant . The insurance representative said in 17 years of working in the field he has never heard of a doctor refusing to provide a patient with the name of the assistant assisting in surgery .

I am an RN with a PhD. I am a regulatory compliance consultant nationally. I have never met a physican let Dr. Sultan ever. I wish phyicians who takes care of me had his knowledge, manner and ethics. He is outstanding!

Due to cancer treatments 9 years previous, I massive teeth issues and required massive work to restore my jaw to withstand implants. Dr. Sultan took me as a patient and relieved my concerns about the process, treatment and results. Entire staff was excellent. Everything after surgery until now is as explained and expected. Very appreciative of a surgeon with the talent and ability to communicate and follow through.

Dr, Sultan took plenty of time explaining my impairments and did not shy away from my Ehlers Danlos syndrome. Office staff was equally friendly and knowledgable of their positions. Would recommend 100%.

Great experience. Dr. Sultan great doctor good manners makes you feel really comfortable. Explain the whole procedure at the begining he thought i needed a more invasive procedure then he realize i did not so he offer an alternative. Very happy with the results and how I was treated. Recommend him and his staff 100%.

Well id like to leave a review about a great visit, but I cant even get a simple question answered by their chat person or via email. I opened a chat session last week and asked "do you have to be put to sleep for the AirLift procedure"? She said she could not answer but someone would email me the answer. Then a person from the office, Celia, did in fact email me, but still didn't answer the question. (They only want you to call). I don't need to spend time on the phone when I'm working just so they can try to talk me into something. I have a simple question. So, I emailed her back asking for just an answer to my question, and she doesn't respond. So today, I try chat again and it's the same run around. Feels like that are hiding something. Its terrible when a business is so money oriented that they refuse to give you any info whatsoever unless you 'call them' or make an appt. There's plenty of other Doctors who do this procedure. So Ill def be going elsewhere. How annoying!

I had a great experience overall. My situation was very complex, and it was a long and trying process to recovery but I feel better everyday. I would highly recommend Dr. Sultan and his team. If you need major jaw surgery he is a great choice

I had severe TMJ and was not able to open my mouth for 8 months. Dr. Sultan performed an Arthroplasty surgery and was able to fix my issues. I was very nervous about having jaw surgery, but he was very patient with me and walked me through everything step by step. I would definitely reccomend Dr. Sultan.

I first saw Dr. Sultan for a consultation for jaw surgery a year ago, and after thinking it through, I felt confident that this was the doctor to confide in. Very attentive, and makes me feel at ease. Understands perfectly what I want from my treatment.
