She didnt do anything for me as i was pregnant with an excruciating tooth ache.

I have been seeing Dr. Herrera for several years now. After a couple of bad incidents with other dentists, I have become very uncomfortable in the chair. Dr. Herrera has been amazing and patient with me, explains things well and doesn't push treatment on me. She listens to me and understands what my priorities are. I am so thankful that she is here locally, as it is hard to find a dentist that you can truly trust.

Can I give zero stars?? Dr Herrera and this office are a joke. They don't listen to you, insist on procedures you don't need, then erroneously bill you and threaten collections even though you have a zero balance. Run!

Dr. Herrera was pushy and shaming, and the corporate environment of this office left no room for individualized patient care or anything other than predetermined corporate protocol. There are a lot of dentists out there. If you want someone who will have a five minute conversation with you before sticking their hands in your mouth, go somewhere else.
