Terrible Billing
Beware! New Rochelle Dental Arts quoted me for a deep clean, collected my Co-Pay at the time, then 7 months later sent me a bill for $370.20 and then threatened to hand it over to a collections agency. After phoning my insurance company, Delta Dental, I have had to open a claim as they seem to be over-billing, were paid by the insurance company and have the insurance company deal with the dentist as their response was to send the bill to a collections agency. Beware what they quote and getting nasty bills through the mail months later!
