Initially, I was very hesitant to see another dentist due to previous unpleasant experiences and knowing the issues I have. I was pleasantly surprised to find their office warm and top-notch, and the staff equally impressive. They are all professionals who genuinely care about their patients. Meeting Dr. Zerbe was an amazing experience. He listened attentively to all my concerns, understood the pain they caused me, and clearly explained why it was happening and what solutions were available. Not once was I pressured to make an immediate decision. One of the biggest takeaways is that he spoke with me, not at me! He presented a clear plan of action, leaving room for revision for my comfort.I highly recommend Dr. Zerbe to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled dentist.

Dr Zerbe’s office, including front office reception, are very professional and helpful. Dr Zerbe and Dr Richey provide excellent dental care, have high tech equipment to prep and make a permanent crown within a two hour appt. Heather cleaned my teeth very well without causing pain or soreness. Highly recommend.

My appointment was with Heather. She was excellent and carefully cleaned, checked and polished my teeth. Heather made some suggestions about how to improve my brushing and limit the amount of tarter build up.

My appointment was for my twice yearly cleaning. I really don’t remember the name but for sure the one who did the cleaning to me is the best hygienist , she did amazing job. She is extremely proficient and gets done quickly. Of course, after she is finished Dr Zerbe comes in to check my teeth and they confer about possible areas of concern. I’m very pleased with the entire staff.

I’ve been a patient for years in this office the doctors are patient, don’t rush and always explain everything to you. The staff is kind always working to put you at ease, do a great job and their patient. I used to have anxiety everytime I went to the dentist but since I started going to Dr Richey, Dr Zerbe and now Dr Leonard Ive never had any.

What stands out to me is the fact that staff always tries to put you at ease and make your comfort the main goal regardless of the difficulty of the procedure.

I have been a patient with Drs Richey and Zerbe for 10 plus years now. They have been joined by Dr Leonard and are all extremely talented. I have my teeth cleaned and checked every six months. Dr. Zerbe is pleasant, well informed on the latest developments in dentistry. I have been his patient for five years. I have three crowns, each performed in 1 visit. Nice!!

I’ve had acre from all three dentists in the practice and find their care to be consistently awesome, along with the staff, from the front desk, to the hygienists, to the assistants. Recommended.
