I continually have extremely frustrating experiences with Doctor Luu's practice at Bunker Hill Pediatric Dentistry. Not only do they consistently disrespect scheduled appointment times, leaving clients waiting endlessly, but the administrative team's incompetence only adds to the frustration. It's disappointing when a lack or professionalism undermines the importance of punctuality and efficient service.
