I came in as a new patient at Dental One Associates and Dr. Deangelis was my dentist. She came into the room and greeted me and did a quick exam of my teeth. She asked me questions that should have already been in my patient file since I had requested my former dentist's office to send my records. I informed her of this and she said she would check my file. Her tone was one that I felt did not appreciate me reminding her of this. She never returned to the room even though I asked for her.
