Horrible Practice
If I could leave 0 stars I would. My elderly mother came in to have her remaining teeth pulled and have dentures fitted. First and foremost, they pride themselves on being “holistic” which means NO PAIN SEDATION. Because they had rave reviews (which at this point I believe could very well have been falsified) and the Dr talked so highly of herself, we trusted them. My mother has diabetes, and they wanted her to get the PRP which cost an extra $10k or so. We could not afford this, and told them many times we could not afford it. She then offered to do this part free of charge, for which we were very grateful. Come the day of the surgery the Dr (dentist) stuck her about 12 different times and ended up not being able to draw the blood, thus no need for the PRP at that point regardless, despite all the needless grief she gave us over not being able to afford it. She wanted to blame my mother for her incapability of being able to draw blood and blowing every vein in attempt. (Mind you,

Custom Dentures
I was looking for Custom Dentures and Port Warwick Dental Arts was my answer. When I went to set up an appointment, I was greeted by a friendly staff. They were able to answer my questions, when other offices couldn't. When I went to the appointment, I met Mrs. Lisa and her staff. They explained everything to me and how the procedure would be done. It was a very professional and pleasant experience. Mrs. Lisa explained to me how a healthy body and gums results in healthy teeth and a healthy smile. Mrs. Lisa cares about the individuals she's working with to give them a fantastic smile. I am very pleased with the results of my Custom Dentures. Port Warwick Dental Arts is where to go for all your dental needs.

Angry and scarred
Just as the reviewer “Traumatized”, I too wished I had read about their experience before going to her. EVERYTHING they said about their experience, I also experienced but possibly more!I mistakenly left a trusted dentist to go to her for some cosmetic dentistry that was never completed. I regret ever meeting this “doctor” as I not only was scarred from this experience, but later learned an implant she started had to be corrected. I too had work done that was covered by my plan only to learn that none of it was ever filed.

Crown she placed fell off! Terrible dentist!
She placed a crown for $2100 cash which promptly fell off and I had to get another dentist to put it on correctly!

Worst experience at a dental office
Dr Samaha uses scare tactics to make you feel so unhealthy, like you could *die the next day* kind of unhealthy. I left her office feeling concerned with my health, confused as to how my dental hygiene could be seen as so poor, and overall just low about myself. I then booked a second opinion appointment with another dental office and they were astounded by Dr Samaha’s treatment towards me and my dental health. Needless to say, I’ve never been back and would never recommend her to ANYONE.

My visit went well. The dental hygienist was professional and friendly. Always good to talk with Dr. Samaha and share stories. She has been my dentist for more than 30 years. The staff is friendly ad efficient. What's not to like?

I wanted mercury fillings removed and was told (by her of course) that "no one else in the area did them correctly" Guess what, that is FALSE. There ARE other mercury free offices that DO following protocol and charge a FRACTION of the price that Dr S wanted to charge. At her office you will be greeted and treated like there is a genuine great concern for your overall health and be totally convinced by her that you're the most unhealthy patient , dental wise, they've ever seen. They'll then present you will a treatment plan for 20K PLUS and try to convince you it's absolutely a necessity. Ugh. I am so mad I fell for it. The reason this woman doesn't take insurance is because she would immediately raise red flags. I regret everything I had done in her office and *strongly* encourage you to run, not walk, to another dentist

It is difficult to be at ease in a dental environment. However the strides taken towards that end at PWDA have been most successful. The staff is engaging, personable, and most importantly competent. I feel more like I am visiting favorite family members than a medical practice. The best way to describe Dr. Samaha is as a healer who just happens to be a dentist; one with a ferocity for excellence and beauty. She gives each of her patients as much time as needed for the best possible outcome.

Throughout my ordeal of being mercury poisoned, I've met hundreds of folks with the same illness and they're blown off by the dysfunctional medical establishment and then abandoned by families who bought into the lie. It's a whole world I never had a clue about. They're killing themselves because no one believes them. I believe them and so do you. Meeting you & your revolutionary holistic healing has given me hope for the future of medicine and humanity in general. You literally saved my life.

I have been seeing Dr. Samaha for 33 years. Yesterday, she extracted a tooth beyond saving and put in a dental implant. It was far easier than what I was expecting. She and her staff were gracious and caring. The gave me Motrin and a protein shake at the beginning since we were going to be there awhile! They are a well orchestrated and professional team. Today, I have no pain or throbbing at all, thankfully! Dr. Samaha's fees are higher but one gets top care and advanced procedures.
