Dr. Long Bui, DDS

Needed 2 teeth pulled and I asked to put me to sleep because I’m afraid of dentist. (They did last time) got the mask on but nothing. Dr. Bui came in and said he can safe the tooth. I said I want pulled. Dr Bui left the room and came back and started pulling. I felt almost everything. Was in tears because I asked to put me to sleep. It’s been 5 days and I’m still hurting the same way before the tooth was pulled. I will never go back to the clinic or Dr. Bui. He don’t seem to care for his patients.

Been a patient for a longtime, so to write with review comes with a heavy heart. I think over time he has lost passion & his people/customer friendly skills are non existent. At the beginning of year, I came in w/Molar issue that was capped & had existing root canal, he couldn't tell what was wrong & sent me to Periodontics more $$$, they told me tooth was crack & now has abscessed, sent me back to Dr. Bui for him to extract, not expecting any of this & in shock of losing my last moral, he removed tooth, mouth opened, he then began to ask about dental implant? HUH? I never needed to even consider this & certainly not the time to be making any kind of permanent decision. He more or less pressured me into taking the first steps to do this even though he is no oral surgeon & I had no knowledge, consultation about procedure. "Well I need to know now so I can add grafting matieral" Fast forward, go into get post & next thing I hear is hold still I am drilling into your sinus!

During a root canal, Dr. Bui stopped working on my tooth and left the room to speak to a staff member. His office manager then asked me to sign a release in case something happened to my tooth or mouth during the procedure. Minutes after I signed, a dill bit broke off in my jaw. The doctor stopped, explained this to me and I was told I could go to a specialist at my own expense to have it repaired. I wasn’t asked to sign the release before the procedure began. Not professional at all.
