I got a surprise bill 6 months after I went into this
dental office for $700. Why? I called my insurance
and they said that the services provided were not
needed. That is the exact opposite of what DR. Lori
told me when I came in. When I went into this office
they seemed like they had my best interest at heart.
I was very wrong. Dr. Lori recommended for me to
remove many fillings and replace them. I double
checked with the dentist who was actually
performing my procedures if doing all these fillings
was necessary. She said she would confirm that
everything was needed and necessary from what
Dr. Lori had quoted me on. Two dentist at this office
said yes, these are needed and it is obvious. But my
insurance dentist reviewing my file said it is not. I've
tried to resolve this with the office and they have so
'graciously' lowered my owed amount from $700 to
$500.
They are very deceiving and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST.

My mom is a Alzheimer’s patient. It’s difficult for her to follow or understand instructions. Dr Bagai & her staff had patience, kindness & took there time to care for her needs. I appreciate there professionalism & highly recommended them.
